Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective date: October 2025

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). 

You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

For digital programs, training, or coaching services, we honour consumer guarantees under the ACL.

Refunds for online courses or services will only be processed where required under the ACL or where otherwise stated in the specific program terms.
